About the Donor
Ryan Tan (BBM, 2013) was President of the 11th SMU Student's Association (SMUSA) Executive Committee and 7th SMUSA Council. A Finance Major, he was awarded the International Trading Track Scholarship in 2012.
As the opportunities offered by SMU during his undergraduate days have significantly shaped his professional career in the Commodities industry, Ryan would like to give back to SMU by supporting financially needy undergraduates who play an active role in Student Life activities whilst maintaining good academic standards. The Scholarship was established as a wedding gift to his wife, Corrine Chow.
