Darius Tay
"My SMU education has served me very well in my legal career. The inclusion of modules, such as Financial Accounting and Finance, have helped me gain a deeper understanding of the commercial issues faced by my clients, and in turn this has made me a better lawyer for them. Also, the multitude of opportunities to do presentations back in school have also helped me gain confidence in being to be a better advocate for my clients causes. I have never regretted my SMU education and remain indebted to the School and the Professors I have had the privilege of meeting at SMU."
Kenny Chng
"I was deeply influenced by my professors at SMU. I saw in them a vision to nurture deep reflectiveness and intellectual sharpness in their students, and a passion to bring this vision to life by taking the time and effort to mentor students individually. They showed me what a difference a true educator could make in students’ lives, and instilled in me a conviction to follow in their footsteps."
