MASTERCLASS: A High-Level Review of IFRS S2 Climate-Related Discloures
The session presents some key highlights of the requirements of IFRS S2, a Sustainability Disclosure Standard and the challenges it poses to reporting entities. IFRS S2 is potentially a change agent, compelling entities to prepare their own road maps to deal with the accountability that IFRS S2 expects of reporting entities to disclose of goals and efforts to transition to a low-carbon economy. The masterclass highlights some key points that reporting entities should take into account to prepare for the implementation of IFRS S2.
