About the Fund
Funded by collective donors, the Arnoud De Meyer Global Exposure Fund (AGEF) at the Singapore Management University (SMU) is named in honour of Professor Arnoud De Meyer, the fourth President of SMU (September 2010 to December 2018).
One of the key areas of focus for Professor De Meyer was in the space of globalisation, and it was under his very stewardship that overseas exposure was made a graduation requirement for undergraduate students.
Proceeds generated from the AGEF shall fund a combination of scholarships for exchanges and grants for study missions.
