About the Donor

Tay Yue Koon (Marilyn) is the CEO and Managing Director of AV Strategic Management Pte Ltd. Marilyn has extensive experience in audit, risk management and advisory services, having worked for various top companies like Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young, Keppel Corporation and OCBC Bank.

Having started from humble roots, Marilyn fully appreciates that the lack of financial resources can often deprive young and talented individuals of opportunities to further their studies and pursue their dreams.  Marilyn met her husband Jay, a former Malaysian who came to study in Singapore as he was awarded the ASEAN scholarship.  The couple is grateful for their blessings and are motivated to provide others, in particular Malaysians with such similar opportunities. The couple sincerely hopes that these individuals can pursue their goals and contribute to society and to the development of Singapore.
