About the Financial Award

Established in 2023, the Winning International Group Care Study Award is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates from School of Accountancy at the Singapore Management University.  The objective of the Study Award is to provide equal access to education and encourage full-time first-year undergraduate students enrolled at the School of Accountancy at the University to aspire for academic excellence in spite of adversity and financial hardship.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Full-time first year undergraduates from School of Accountancy
  • Singapore Citizens 
  • With demonstrated evidence of family financial hardships (with gross monthly household per capita income in accordance with prevailing guidelines to qualify for government bursaries)

Benefits

  • $10,000 per annum (towards subsidised tuition fee)
  • Tenable for one year of study
  • May be in concurrent receipt of a government bursary, subject to fulfilment of its eligibility criteria

Application

Shortlisting of candidates for consideration will be from the list of applicants applying for SMU-administered bursaries in the year of award.
