About the Award
Established in 2016, the Ashurst ADTLaw Prize for Best Student in Commercial Conflict of Laws seeks to recognise and emphasise the importance of Commercial Conflict of Laws among Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor students from the Yong Pung How School of Law (YPHSL) at the Singapore Management University. It provides recognition for the best law student in the Commercial Conflict of Laws course offered by YPHSL.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Prize will be given to the best law student in Commercial Conflict of Laws offer by YPHSL.
- Factors considered include (but not limited to) the overall course grade and any other factors which demonstrate the student’s all-rounded abilities.
The Prize will only be given if there is a candidate of sufficient merit.
