Please share a highlight of your student life at SMU so far.
Starting a new community service project with a team of 5 other very talented friends! Project Bersama I was founded in partnership with South Central Community Family Service Centre, where we tapped on our videography, digital storytelling and social media management skills with the aim to dispel common misconceptions about low-income and vulnerable groups in society. Through 7 months of our efforts, it was heart-warming to see our project come to fruition with better results than expected.

I was privileged to have had my International Student Exchange Programme at Yonsei University, South Korea during the Fall 2022 semester. During the 5 months there, I experienced a different kind of university life and culture, travelled around and immersed myself in Korean culture, and made many friends from all over the world. Some of the highlights would definitely be going to free K-pop concerts and watching the Yonsei-Korea University games.
