About the Donor

The Coach Talent Asia Exchange Grant is established by Coach Talent Pte Ltd, a coaching, training, and consulting firm that empowers individuals and leaders to grow their potential, strengthen relationships, and adopt a mindset for lifelong learning and success.

This grant is made possible by SMU alumna Ms. Sharon Seet (MHCL 2018), Founder and Director of Coach Talent Pte Ltd. Sharon’s own university journey—working full-time while studying part-time—shaped her belief in the importance of support and mentorship. Without access to a mentor or career coach during her early years, she is now committed to offering that guidance to others.

The grant supports SMU students pursuing overseas learning opportunities that broaden their perspectives and enrich their academic and personal development. Through the grant, Sharon hopes to ease the financial pressures of students so that they can fully embrace their exchange experience, dream bigger, and shine brighter—both abroad and beyond.
