About the Donor

Luis y Antonio Portabella Foundation was founded by Mr Ricardo Portabella in memory of his grandfather, Luis Portabella, and uncle, Antonio Portabella. Related to the Foundation, the donor Finova Impact was created as the philanthropic arm of Finova Group, a Corporate Services provider based in Singapore, reflecting Mr Ricardo Portabella’s lifelong belief in meritocracy and in providing equal opportunities for all.

The Luis y Antonio Portabella Scholarship was thus created with the firm belief that every student, regardless of their background, deserves the chance to succeed. Through this initiative, the donor hopes to ease the financial burden on deserving students, allowing them to focus fully on their academic pursuits. More than just financial aid, this scholarship represents a commitment to nurturing future leaders who will contribute and shape up a more equitable and inclusive society—a cause that remains close to the hearts of the Foundation and the donor.
