About the Donor

The Angel and Muwaffaq Salti Study Award is made possible by Mr Muwaffaq Bader Salti. Mr Salti is a successful oil trader and investor in various asset classes. As part of his outreach, he has taken a keen interest in supporting the less privileged in Singapore, where his family lives.

The study award is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University. This is an extension of Mr Salti’s desire to motivate and encourage undergraduate students to achieve greater heights of academic and practical excellence. Mr Salti hopes that in the future, recipients of this initiative will learn to pay forward and help others who are less privileged.
