About the Donor

Mr and Mrs Robert Kheng would like to dedicate this scholarship in loving memory of their daughter, SMU alumna, Dyanne Kheng (BSc (Econs), 2007), who passed on in January 2020. Dyanne loved traveling and experiencing the world. Her journey at SMU brought her to many places beyond Singapore, before settling down in Norway with her loved ones. She has a deep passion for children and education causes, supporting community projects to promote awareness and turning ideas into action. Through the establishment of this exchange scholarship, Mr and Mrs Kheng hope to inspire many students to broaden their global and cultural perspectives as part of their SMU education journey, and become global citizens with the compassion to initiate activities for the good of the community.
