About the Donor
Nicholas Chui is an SMU alumnus from the School of Accountancy graduating in 2009. Currently residing in Hong Kong, he served as the SMU Hong Kong Alumni Chapter President for several years and was instrumental in uniting the alumni community in Hong Kong. He also previously contributed to fundraising initiatives such as the SMU Imagine Better book campaign, as well as the SMU Alumni Infinity Fund.
Having experienced a fulfilling quality education at SMU in Singapore and attributing his success to his alma mater, Nicholas has generously decided to establish his own gift -- the endowed Simon Chui & Lena Ho Overseas Exchange Grant named in dedication and honour of his parents -- for financially challenged SMU students to embark on an exchange programme to partner universities in Asia. He hopes that all deserving students, regardless of their financial situations, will be able to broaden their horizons as he himself did.
Nicholas is currently a Portfolio Manager at a global investment firm in Hong Kong.
