About the Financial Award
Established in 2022, the Yong Pung How School of Law Inspire Study Award is available to full-time undergraduates from the Yong Pung How School of Law at the Singapore Management University. It aims to assist the financially needy undergraduates to achieve academic excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time undergraduates from the Yong Pung How School of Law
- Any nationality
- Experienced financial hardships in the family (with gross monthly household per capita income in accordance with prevailing guidelines to qualify for government bursaries)
Benefits
- $8,100 (towards subsidised tuition fee)
- Tenable for one year of study
Conditions of Award
- May be in concurrent receipt of a government bursary, subject to fulfilment of its eligibility criteria
The Recipient must not hold any other awards of similar nature during the tenure of the Award, except with the prior written approval of the University
Application
Shortlisting of candidates for consideration will be from the list of applicants applying for SMU-administered bursaries in the year of award.
