About the Financial Award

Established in 2015, the Aloysius & Kalice Scholarship is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  It is aimed at motivating and rewarding academically inclined undergraduate students to achieve greater heights of academic and practical excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Singapore Citizen
  • Full-time undergraduates enrolled in any degree programme and in any year of study
  • Good academic results (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.40)
  • With demonstrated leadership qualities as well as strong community spirit through involvement in community service projects

Benefits

  • $15,000 per annum (towards subsidised tuition fees)
  • Tenable for one year of study

Conditions of Award

  • May be in concurrent receipt of a government bursary, subject to fulfilment of its eligibility criteria
  • The Recipient must not hold any other awards of similar nature during the tenure of the Award, except with the prior written approval of the University

About the Donor

The Aloysius & Kalice Scholarship is established by Mr & Mrs Aloysius Lee. The establishment of this scholarship demonstrates their continuous commitment towards supporting education. Mr Lee is the Group CEO of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels PLC.
