About the Award

The Emeritus Professor Gerald Dworkin Prize for the Best Student in Intellectual Property Law is made possible by an anonymous donor.  It is aimed at motivating the University's exceptional students' talents from the Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor programmes offered by the Yong Pung How School of Law (YPHSL) at the Singapore Management University, and to spurring them to achieve greater heights of academic excellence. The Award recognises the most outstanding law student in the Intellectual Property Law course offered by YPHSL.

Eligibility Critera

The award will be given annually to the best law student in Intellectual Property Law, an elective course offered by YPHSL.

The award will only be given if there is a candidate of sufficient merit.

Certificate and $1,500 Cash Prize

Application

Recipient will be determined by YPHSL.
