About the Donor

The NR Thadani Scholarship is established by Mr Anil Thadani, a member of SMU Board of Trustees, in honour of his father.

Mr Thadani shared his loving memories of his father, "I always remember my father telling me that the most valuable inheritance he could leave for me was the best education he could afford to provide for me. Over the years I have learned to appreciate the wisdom of those words. My interaction with the SMU community has been both enjoyable and inspiring and it seems appropriate that I try to do my little bit in futhering the sentiments expressed by my father - in his memory".
