About the Award

Established in 2025, the Award is to recognise mooters at an early stage of their advocacy development and encourage them to achieve continued excellence in mooting. 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates shall be a full-time undergraduate student participating in the International Moots Programme at the Yong Pung How School of Law (YPHSL) of the University
  • Most promising second- or third-year student within the International Moots Programme at YPHSL
  • Factors considered include (but are not limited to):
    o    Demonstrated potential in oral and written advocacy
    o    Commitment to training, and overall performance in the regional/international moots which the student has been selected to participate in

The Award will only be given if there is a candidate of sufficient merit

Cash Prize: S$1,500
