In his role, Jerry leads the introduction and implementation of impact measurement framework across the Temasek philanthropic ecosystem. He analyses and manages the impact performance and results of community programmes driven by Temasek’s non-profit entities. Jerry was previously based in Mae Sot, Thailand, where he managed refugee education projects that support access to basic education for children in refugee camps along the Thai-Myanmar border.

Vanessa founded Freedom Cups, a ‘feminine hygiene’ start-up that creates reusable, silicon menstrual cups, with her two sisters. For every cup purchased, Freedom Cups donates one to women in underprivileged communities, perfect for women in areas where there are no toilets, running water or electricity. In 2017, Vanessa and her sisters made it to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list.
