Paul S. Goodman Learning Innovation Award

About the Award

The Paul S. Goodman Learning Innovation Award is made possible from the proceeds of an endowed sum contributed by collective donors in support of the Paul S. Goodman Learning Innovation Award Fund.  The award is established in honor of the late Professor Paul S. Goodman of Carnegie Mellon University for his initiative, support and contribution to the SMU School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS) at the Singapore Management University.  It seeks to recognise undergraduate and postgraduate students from SIS who embrace the spirit of the School’s Learning Outcome Management System and have inspired others to learning to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students in any year of study from the School of Computing and Information Systems

  • Any nationality
  • Embraced the spirit of the School’s Learning Outcome Management System and inspired others to learning to learn

 

Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students in any year of study and enrolled in the SMU-CMU Fast Track Programme

  • Any nationality
  • Embraced the spirit of the School’s Learning Outcome Management System and inspired others to learning to learn

The awards will only be given if there are candidates of sufficient merit.

Cash Prize: S$1,600

Application

Recipients will be determined by SCIS.
