About the Donor

The ONE15 Sustainability Scholarship was established by SUTL Enterprise Limited (“SUTL”) to motivate outstanding undergraduates enrolled in the College of Integrative Studies who want to expand their learning across traditional academic disciplines by examining how environmental, social and governance aspects of sustainability affect communities.

SUTL is a firm supporter of marine biodiversity protection. The non-profit marine conservation initiative known as Blue Water EduFest conceived by their CEO and Executive Director, Mr Arthur Tay, serves to elevate awareness and honour emerging young eco-champions within the region, fostering a commitment to safeguarding invaluable marine ecosystems.

SUTL is part of the SUTL Group which was established in 1968 as a humble ship chandelling and trading company with only 20 staff. Fuelled by an entrepreneurial instinct and a passion to succeed, SUTL Group today has evolved into a multi-million dollar enterprise with presence across 18 markets in Asia and over 5,000 staff. Beyond trading and distribution, SUTL Group has diversified over the years, widening its business focus under the three main divisions of Consumer Goods, Leisure and Environmental.
