About the Donor

The two children of Mr Patrick Wu and Mdm Margaret Koh established this bursary in honour of their parents. Patrick Wu spent the bulk of his working life at Port of Singapore Authority, before heeding the call to enter the Christian ministry full-time to become a preacher in Living Hope Methodist Church and a Christian Counsellor at Prisons Fellowship Singapore. Margaret Koh was a long-time nurse, pivoting to being a top Financial Advisor before eventually entering the Christian ministry too where she engaged in preaching in Hokkien and serving as a Prayer Coordinator. Patrick and Margaret are both mission-minded, spending a stint in Vietnam as missionary interns under the Methodist Missions Society. Although retired now, both remain active in church.
