About the Financial Award

Established in 2024, the objective of the EY Excellence Scholarship is to motivate exceptional undergraduate and postgraduate students in Singapore Management University’s School of Accountancy, with the aim of spurring them to greater heights of academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Full-time undergraduates from SOA
  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
  • Proceeding to Year 2 in the year of award
  • Good academic achievements (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
  • While not a requirement, consideration will be given to undergraduates with demonstrated financial needs

Benefits

  • $12,000 per annum (towards subsidised tuition fees)
  • Tenable for one year of study

Conditions of Award

  • Singaporean students may be in concurrent receipt of a government bursary, subject to fulfilment of its eligibility criteria
  • The Recipient must not hold any other awards of similar nature during the tenure of the Award, except with the prior written approval of the University
