About the Financial Award

Established in 2025, the Suh Scholarship is to motivate outstanding undergraduates at the University, with demonstrated financial needs, to spur them on to greater heights of academic excellence and to accord appropriate recognition to the recipients of the Scholarship for their accomplishments.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Full-time incoming freshmen enrolled in any degree
  • Singapore Citizen
  • Possessed good academic results (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00)
  • Demonstrated financial need throughout the Scholarship’s tenure, in line with MOE’s prevailing criteria

Benefits

  • $15,000 per annum (towards subsidised tuition fees)
  • Tenable for 4 years of recipient’s academic studies, subject to continued observance of the eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions of award.

Conditions of Award

  • May be in concurrent receipt of a government bursary, subject to fulfilment of its eligibility criteria
  • The Recipient must not hold any other awards of similar nature during the tenure of the Award, except with the prior written approval of the University

Special consideration is given to applicants with financial needs. After you have submitted your admission application. You are required to submit a separate bursary application form via the Applicant’s Self Service from 1 January 1 to 31 May
