About the Financial Award
Established in 2022, the YPHSL Care Fund aims to provide financial support to full-time undergraduates from Yong Pung How School of Law at the Singapore Management University. The Fund seeks to provide immediate financial assistance to students facing unforeseen crises and challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full time undergraduates from Yong Pung How School of Law
- Any nationality
- With a sudden financial difficulty (e.g. serious illness of a family member who is to undergo medical treatment/surgery, incapacitation of bread-winner, retrenchment of bread-winner, etc)
- Demonstrated evidence of family financial hardships (with gross monthly household per capita income in accordance with prevailing guidelines to qualify for government bursaries)
Benefits
Between $500 to $3,000 (depending on needs and circumstances)
Application
Apply via OASIS (Self-Service App – Financial Aid Application) by completing the "Application for Emergency Grant" form.

About the Donor
Supported by funds contributed by the School's faculty, members of the legal fraternity and the community at large, the Yong Pung How Care Fund is available to Bachelor of Laws undergraduates from the Yong Pung How School of Law studying full-time at the Singapore Management University.
