Supported by Wilmar International Limited and esblished in 2014, the Wilmar Overseas Internship Grant seeks to motivate students to be exposed to the emerging economies of the world, and to inculcate in them a pioneering spirit, entrepreneurship vision and sharp business acumen.  The grant is to be used for the recipient's travel and cost of living expenses during his/her overseas internship attachment in the selected markets.

The Wilmar Scholarship, established by Wilmar International Limited in 2009, is aimed at providing financial assistance and encouraging full-time undergraduates, enrolled in any programme of study at the Singapore Management University, to embrace a holistic education and to give back to society in the years ahead.

The Wong Kwok Leong Endowed Scholarship is available to local undergraduates currently studying full-time at the Singapore Management University.

The objective of the scholarship is to encourage and spur full-time undergraduates in any degree programme, with demonstrated financial need, to achieve academic excellence.

Established in 2015, the objective of the Worldwide Hotels-Choo Chong Ngen Bursary (formerly known as Hotel 81-Choo Chong Ngen Bursary) is to benefit financially needy Singaporean undergraduates enrolled in any full-time degree programme at SMU – so as to ensure that deserving students can achieve academic excellence and complete their university education, regardless of their ethnicity and means and without financial obstacles.

Established in 2010, the Yangzheng Foundation Bursary (formerly known as Yeung Ching Foundation Bursary) aims to provide equal access to higher education at Singapore Management University through financial assistance to full-time undergraduate students in need.

Being SMU’s first full sports scholarship, the Yip Pin Xiu Scholarship is designed to honour excellence in sports and the values that SMU alumna, Yip Pin Xiu stands for. Established in 2012, the Yu Xin Community Leadership Award aims to motivate the exceptional student talents at the Singapore Management University to achieve excellence in community and leadership endeavours.

Established in 2023, the Zhang Xiaozhen Study Award is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  It aims to encourage bright undergraduates to aspire for academic excellence in spite of adversity and financial hardship.
