Established in 2013, the Prize aims to motivate exceptional students' talents from the Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor programmes offered by the Yong Pung How School of Law (YPHSL) at the Singapore Management University, as well as to spur them to greater heights of academic excellence.  The Prize provides recognition for the top law student in Constitutional and Administrative Law.

Established in 2023, the Tan Chay Bing Education Fund Study Award is available to full-time undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  It aims to encourage bright undergraduates to aspire for academic excellence in spite of adversity and financial hardship.

Established in 2011, the Tan Joo Kee Study Award aims to provide financial assistance and to motivate full-time undergraduates in any degree programme at the Singapore Management University to achieve all-round excellence.

Established in 2017, the Tan Keng Feng Prize for Top Student in Law of Torts and Legal Theory and Philosophy motivates exceptional students' talents from the Yong Pung How School of Law (YPHSL) at the Singapore Management University and spur them to greater heights of academic excellence.  It provides appropriate recognition for the top overall student who has excelled in both Law of Torts and Legal Theory and Philosophy, core courses offered by the YPHSL.

Established in 2013, the Prize aims to motivate Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor students from the Yong Pung How School of Law (YPHSL) at the Singapore Management University to excel in their studies.  It provides recognition for the top law student in Law of Property.

Established in 2017, the Tan Soon Kwee Endowed Grant aims to provide financial assistance to financially-challenged full-time Singaporean undergraduates from the School of Social sciences at the Singapore Management University.

Established in 2000 by the late Professor Tan Teck Meng, the Tan Tee Chee & Tsan Kah Ngooh Excellence in Student Life Silver Award is given annually to outstanding students at the Singapore Management University who have demonstrated excellence in co-curricular activities.

Established in 2021, the Tannang Bursary is available to full-time undergraduates at the Singapore Management University. It is aimed to encourage bright Malaysian undergraduates to aspire for greater heights of excellence in spite of adversity and financial hardship.

The scholarship is part of the Tanoto Foundation’s BEACON programme, which aims to holistically develop the generation of leaders as future-ready global citizens who meaningfully contribute to their communities and countries. The programme comprises structured leadership development training, opportunities for experiential learning, networking and community service, in addition to tuition grants via the scholarship.

Established in 2010, the Tax Academy of Singapore Award for the Top Student in Advanced Taxation is given annually to recognise an outstanding graduating student in the Advanced Taxation course at the School of Accountancy (SOA), Singapore Management University.  The award is aimed at motivating students to excel in their studies.

Established in 2024, the Teresita Sy-Coson Innovation Internship Grant is available to full-time undergraduates (including Filipino undergraduates) at the Singapore Management University.  It seeks to provide support to undergraduates pursuing internship opportunities with startups or innovation hubs in the Philippines, enabling them to experience a prudent lifestyle in the Philippines.

Funded by an endowed contribution by Mr Timothy Chia, a member of SMU Board of Trustees, the Charlie Chia Cheng Guan Scholarship was established in 2011 with the aim to motivate full-time undergraduate students at the Singapore Management University to achieving greater heights of excellence.

The scholarship has been renamed The Charlie & Janet Chia Scholarship commencing Academic Year 2014-15.
