Supported by Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, the Mapletree Award is given annually to outstanding full-time undergraduate students in Finance and/or Economics majors in Real Estate Track offered by the Lee Kong Chian School of Business and School of Economics.  The award is to inspire the most outstanding students in Real Estate Track to greater heights of academic and practical excellence.

Established in 2013, the Mapletree Bursary aims to motivate and assist full-time undergraduate students at the Singapore Management University, with demonstrated financial needs, to achieve academic excellence.

Established in 2021, the Mapletree Scholarship is available to full-time undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  It is aimed at motivating  outstanding undergraduates who have declared Real Estate Track, to achieve academic excellence and to accord appropriate recognition to the recipients of the Scholarship for their accomplishments. 

Established in 2022, the Mapletree - Tsang Yam Pui Bursary aims to motivate and assist full-time undergraduate students at the Singapore Management University, with demonstrated financial needs, to achieve academic excellence.

Established in 2022, the Mapletree - Wong Meng Meng Bursary aims to motivate and assist full-time undergraduate students at the Singapore Management University, with demonstrated financial needs, to achieve academic excellence.

Established in 2025, the Margaret Chan-Lien International Exchange Scholarship is available to full-time undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  It seeks to support students, with demonstrated financial needs, to embark on a term of study abroad with one of the University's partner universities in and outside Asia, to allow them to have a more well-rounded worldview.

Established in 2016, the Prize motivates the University's exceptional students' talents from the Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor programmes offered by the Yong Pung How School of Law (YPHSL) at the Singapore Management University, and to spur them to achieve greater heights of academic excellence.  It provides recognition for the top law student in Shipping and Admiralty Law.

Established in 2023, the Mdm Chan Cheow Kim Study Award is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  It aims to motivate outstanding students at the University, with demonstrated financial needs, to spur them on to greater heights of academic excellence and to accord appropriate recognition to the recipients of the Study Award for their accomplishments. 

Established in 2024, the Mdm Leow Poh Fong Endowed Scholarship is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University. The objective of the Scholarship is to motivate outstanding undergraduates at the University, with demonstrated financial needs, to spur them on to greater heights of academic excellence and to accord appropriate recognition to the recipients of the Scholarship for their accomplishments.

The Mdm Tan Gim Tee (Mrs Aw Kim Swee) Scholarship, established in 2006, is made possible by Mr Mick Aw and Ms Doris Cheok.

This scholarship is available to full-time undergraduates from the School of Accountancy at Singapore Management University. The objective of the scholarship is to assist and spur the undergraduates, with demonstrated financial need, to achieve excellence in their studies.

Established in 2024, the Megaworld Corporation Exchange Scholarship is available to full-time Filipino undergraduates at the Singapore Management University to pursue an exchange term with the University's partner universities.

The Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy scheme, introduced in 1991, is a Government-funded education subsidy for Malay students, which covers their tuition fees at tertiary institutions.  The scheme is administered by Yayasan MENDAKI.

Established in 2015, the MERCU-SMU Excellence Scholarship is available to full-time Malay Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  The scholarship is aimed at motivating undergraduates to achieve greater heights of excellence.

Established by various donors, the Michael Hwang Prize is given to the top law student in International Commercial Arbitration. The purpose of the Award is to inspire and motivate exceptional students' talents from the Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor programmes offered by the Yong Pung How School of Law (YPHSL) at the Singapore Management University, and to spur them to greater heights of academic excellence.

Established in 2021, the Michael Livingston Bursary is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University. It is aimed to assist the financially needy undergraduates to achieve academic excellence.
