Established in 2022, the Mapletree - Wong Meng Meng Bursary aims to motivate and assist full-time undergraduate students at the Singapore Management University, with demonstrated financial needs, to achieve academic excellence.

Established in 2025, the Margaret Chan-Lien International Exchange Scholarship is available to full-time undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  It seeks to support students, with demonstrated financial needs, to embark on a term of study abroad with one of the University's partner universities in and outside Asia, to allow them to have a more well-rounded worldview.

Established in 2023, the Mdm Chan Cheow Kim Study Award is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  It aims to motivate outstanding students at the University, with demonstrated financial needs, to spur them on to greater heights of academic excellence and to accord appropriate recognition to the recipients of the Study Award for their accomplishments. 

Established in 2024, the Mdm Leow Poh Fong Endowed Scholarship is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University. The objective of the Scholarship is to motivate outstanding undergraduates at the University, with demonstrated financial needs, to spur them on to greater heights of academic excellence and to accord appropriate recognition to the recipients of the Scholarship for their accomplishments.

Established in 2024, the Megaworld Corporation Exchange Scholarship is available to full-time Filipino undergraduates at the Singapore Management University to pursue an exchange term with the University's partner universities.

The Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy scheme, introduced in 1991, is a Government-funded education subsidy for Malay students, which covers their tuition fees at tertiary institutions.  The scheme is administered by Yayasan MENDAKI.

Established in 2015, the MERCU-SMU Excellence Scholarship is available to full-time Malay Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University.  The scholarship is aimed at motivating undergraduates to achieve greater heights of excellence.

Established in 2021, the Michael Livingston Bursary is available to full-time Singaporean undergraduates at the Singapore Management University. It is aimed to assist the financially needy undergraduates to achieve academic excellence.

Supported by Lippo Group and the Riady family, the Mochtar Riady Scholarship is available to undergraduates currently studying full-time at the Singapore Management University. The scholarship is aimed at motivating outstanding students at the University to achieve all-round excellence in their educational pursuits.

The MOE Overseas Student Programme Loan (OSPL) Scheme is aimed at enabling more Singaporean students to take advantage of various overseas experiences so as to gain international exposure and consequently develop a more global mindset. The loan scheme is available for students participating in OSPs approved by the University.

Funded by the government and administered by SMU, the MOE Study Loan (SL) is available to students who have concurrently taken up the MOE Tuition Fee Loan, the CPF Education Loan Scheme, a scholarship/fellowship/study grant/study award,  a tuition fee subsidy/loan from a registered government agency or a combination of all for the payment of tuition fees in part or in full.  SL is interest-free during the student's course of study.

Funded by the government and administered by OCBC Bank, the MOE Tuition Fee Loan (TFL) covers up to 90% of the subsidised tuition fees payable by Singaporean students.  To finance the remaining subsidised tuition fees not covered by the TFL, eligible students can apply for the MOE Study Loan (SL).  TFL is interest-free during the student's course of study.

Established in 2015, the Mr & Mrs Eu Keng Chee Bursary is aimed at assisting the financially needy full-time undergraduates at the Singapore Management University to achieve academic excellence.

The Mrs Wong Kwok Leong Inclusivity Education Grant is established by Mrs Wong to provide equal access to higher education for those with different forms of disabilities.  The intention of the Grant is to alleviate any difficulties the students may have with regard to their learning and to help them cope better in the SMU environment.  This Grant will go towards helping students with disability who may require additional equipment support like assistive technology and any other…
